Join us for a free and informative Bone Health + Osteoporosis Workshop designed to help community members better understand bone health, osteoporosis prevention, and strategies for maintaining healthy bones throughout life.
Whether you are attending for yourself, a loved one, or simply to learn more, this workshop offers practical guidance and an opportunity to connect with others in a welcoming and supportive environment. All are welcome to attend.
