Big Ideas, Real Impact.
Belmont Pan Asian Coalition Community Microgrant Program
The Belmont Pan Asian Coalition Community Microgrant Program supports local residents, students, and small businesses who are committed to uniting, celebrating, and empowering Belmont’s AAPI communities. Our mission is to bring together Asian community members of all ages for dialogue, education, and the amplification of individual and collective voices. These microgrants are one way we invite you to help lead and advance that work.
We are offering small grants of up to approximately $250 per project to seed initiatives, events, or activities in Belmont that build connection, strengthen civic engagement, and foster a deeper sense of belonging among AAPI community members. Eligible projects may include cultural or arts programs, youth leadership initiatives, educational events, storytelling or local history projects, efforts that challenge stereotypes and promote equity and inclusion, neighborhood gatherings, or other creative ideas that bring people together.
Our goals are to:
Support community-led projects that foster unity, healing, and pride among Belmont’s AAPI residents.
Increase civic engagement among AAPI community members of all ages.
Challenge stereotypes, advance equity and inclusion, and support those affected by racism and bigotry.
Build partnerships and strengthen connections with other community organizations and leaders in Belmont.
